Booking Terms and Conditions:

A 50% deposit ( 1 room night) is required for all bookings. Please note that due to the nature of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule in the event of a cancellation.

Tierney House , including all verandahs, is a non-smoking zone.

Thank you for your understanding.

Should you need to cancel your reservation:

• 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date: A full refund of deposit minus a 10% administration fee will be made.

• 15-29 days before your scheduled arrival date:
50% of the deposit will be refunded

• 0-14 days before your scheduled arrival date:
100% of the deposit will be retained (unless rooms are re sold)
